Life Recorder's latest outing refines his signature deep house palette, drawing from Detroit's warmth and Chicago's rhythmic grit. 'Natural Instincts' rolls with crisp drums and weighty low-end, its synth work weaving between jazz-inflected chords and hazy pads. 'Dreams' dials up the melodic sensibility, cascading arpeggios giving way to a hypnotic, late-night groove. On the flip, Aleqs Notal reconstructs 'Natural Instincts' with a percussive edge, layering swung hi-hats and metallic textures for a more kinetic drive. 'Warmonic Fusion' rounds out the set with rich harmonics and a subtly propulsive rhythm, merging introspection with club functionality. A refined, well-balanced release from the French producer.
