We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Products and Availability

All products listed are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate product details, including artwork, pressing information, and condition.
However, minor variations (e.g., record sleeve colour or pressing batch differences) may occur.

Prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable.
We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue items without prior notice.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance.
A contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched, at which point you’ll receive a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock
  • Payment cannot be processed
  • There is a pricing or product description error
  • Fraud is suspected

5. Payment

All transactions are processed securely in accordance with EU payment standards.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Portugal within 2 after payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination but typically range from 3–10 working days within the EU.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs authorities.
Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to your address.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase made online within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Sealed audio or video recordings that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., opened vinyl records)
  • Digital downloads
  • Custom or personalized items

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 days of delivery at patternrecordslisbon@gmail.com with your order details.
If eligible, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

You must return items within 14 days of notifying us.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

8. Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
