Thank you for shopping with Pattern Records. We take pride in offering quality vinyl records and ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including any shrink wrap, inserts, and sleeves (if applicable).

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or played vinyl records (unless defective).
  • Items purchased on sale or marked “final sale.”
  • Digital downloads, gift cards, or promotional items.

2. Reporting an Issue

To start a return, please contact us at patternrecordslisbon@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

Once we review your request, we’ll provide return instructions if your case qualifies.

3. Return Shipping

  • If your item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost or send a prepaid label.
  • If you’re returning for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

All items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding your refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same title, send us an email at patternrecordslisbon@gmail.com and we’ll provide instructions.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

  • Report the issue to us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).
  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or issue a replacement/refund as appropriate.
